PRICING POLICY (All prices do not include taxes)

Level 1: CAD-CAM Splint
- Intermediate splint STL file.  The STL file will be uploaded to Eurosplint website. The splint has to be printed by the surgeon.
- Intermediate splint and final splint STL files. The STL file will be uploaded to Eurosplint website. The splint has to be printed by the surgeon.
- 3D milling of an intermediate splint. Shipping cost not included.
- 3D milling of an intermediate and final splint. Shipping cost not included.

Level 2: Assistance in facial planning from consultant orthognathic surgeon
- Medical advice on planning. The virtual planning process is supervised by an experienced orthognathic surgeon who gives advice on the facial plan or suggests implementing corrections. 
- Complete facial treatment planning. If wanted the virtual planning procedure can be intercepted or completely fulfilled by our surgeon.

Eurosplint is not responsible for the results in any case. The responsibility of achieving patient satisfaction relays completely on the customer surgeon.

Level 3: Surgeon on-site service, a consultant orthognathic surgeon may travel to the city where the procedure will take place to help the customer (travel and accommodation costs not included)
- Over the shoulder medical advice.
- Surgical assistant or full control of the surgical procedure.

Eurosplint is not responsible for the results in any case. The responsibility of achieving patient satisfaction relays completely on the customer surgeon.

SHIPPING POLICY

General

Eurosplint strives to provide all of our customers with the best possible experience.   We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours but there are occasions, due to volume and other circumstances, where that timeframe may be extended.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive an email containing tracking information 1 to 2 business days after submitting their order.

Order Processing Time

Order Processing Time is the amount of time it takes to produce (milling and packing) your order in addition to shipping the order.

- Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing on all domestic orders

- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing of all International orders

- Domestic and International orders submitted Friday after 10:00 am CET will generally ship the following Monday

International Duty & Taxes

All international orders (outside of the EU) may be subject to additional customs charges (duties and taxes) that are the responsibility of the customer.

General Delivery Expectations

Please allow 7 business days for orders although many will arrive much sooner than that.

Shipping Options

We ship local EU Post Ground for all EU orders.

We may also offer Priority 2 Day and Overnight shipping.

REFUND POLICY

To return your product, you should mail your product to JSC Reface, Vytenio 22-201, Vilnius LT-03229, Lithuania

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
